Experienced Professional Business Development/Sales Executive Required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about hiring
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to build strong relationships• Ability to learn technical information
• Self-confidence and self starter
• Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in Business, Science, or related technical fields
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Outside Sales B2B, or Related Experience
